WHO IS SHE?
Natasha Suriyaprakash (She/Her)
Natasha Suriyaprakash is a dedicated and compassionate psychologist who has been practicing since 2021. With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Madras and a strong foundation in evidence-based care, she has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds—including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma survivors, burn survivors, and people dealing with anxiety, identity-related questions, or emotional regulation difficulties.
Her clinical experience spans medical and multidisciplinary settings, providing her with a nuanced understanding of how mental health is shaped by trauma, environment, and life transitions.
Natasha is known for creating a safe, grounded, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. Clients often share that they feel genuinely seen and heard in her presence. She is attuned to the hidden burdens many carry—such as stress, grief, relationship conflict, burnout, or the strain of navigating major life decisions—and offers a space where these experiences can be explored with compassion and clarity.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative, combining evidence-based modalities with deep emotional insight. She supports clients in building self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical coping strategies tailored to their unique needs.
Above all, Natasha’s work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered to understand themselves more fully—and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience
