REFUND & CANCELLATION
Consultation Fees
Payment is due in full at the time of booking: ₹800 for individual counselling, ₹400 for peer supervision, and ₹1500 for couple counselling.

Extension Policy
If you wish to extend your session, additional time may be accommodated based on availability. An extra charge of ₹500 for every additional 30 minutes will apply.
All extensions will be paid by the end of the same session.

Meeting Link
A Google Meet link will be emailed 24 hours before your session.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no additional cost, provided you do so at least twenty‑four hours before the original start time.

Cancellation
Cancellations made with at least twenty‑four hours’ notice receive a full refund; those made with less notice are non‑refundable. If Therapy with Natasha cancels, you will automatically receive a full refund.
Missed, Forgotten, or No‑Show Appointments
The Google Meet link remains active for twenty minutes after the scheduled start time. If you have not joined within that window, or if you miss or forget the appointment entirely, the session is deemed a no‑show; the fee is forfeited and the appointment cannot be rebooked.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within seven to ten days. For questions or urgent issues, please email therapywithnatasha11@gmail.com.
