Privacy Policy

Last reviewed 19 May 2025.
This privacy notice explains how Therapy with Natasha gathers, uses and protects personal information obtained through this website. By visiting or interacting with the site you accept the practices described here; the notice may be amended, and any changes will be reflected in an updated review date.

When you submit an enquiry, arrange an appointment or complete an intake form we receive personal details such as your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, emergency‑contact information and any preferences you choose to share. If you proceed to therapy, we also collect sensitive health data—intake questionnaires, clinical notes and related documents—only with your explicit consent. Payment confirmations are supplied by our secure third‑party processor; no card numbers are stored on our systems.

We process this data to schedule and deliver therapy, to maintain the clinical records that law and professional ethics require, and to send administrative messages such as appointment reminders.

Personal information remains confidential. It is disclosed only when a court order or statute compels it, when necessary to prevent serious and imminent harm, or when you have given written permission—for example, to liaise with another healthcare professional. Under no circumstances is your data sold or rented to third parties.
